Our wines are unique and important to both the knowledgeable and emerging wine consumers. All of the products within our wine portfolio were selected to reflect a passionate desire to sell great wines at every price level. There is a prevailing attitude at George’s that leadership in wine distribution begins by recognizing products that will be at the cutting edge tomorrow, while paying attention to the needs of Montana consumers today.
George's Distributing is very proud to announce the results from our Breast Cancer Awareness Fundraiser.
For the months of Oct, Nov, & Dec, 5% of all Rose sales were put towards breast cancer education and screening across Montana. We will be writing a check for over $1,000.00 to Komen Montana. We thank everyone who drank some pink for a great cause!!
Zenaida is one of the wineries we've had in our portfolio since the begining!
Eric Ogorsolka is the man behind Zenaida Cellars as winemaker and owner along with his wife Jill. The kids get in on the action sometimes too and it is a toss up as to who will be the next winemaker!
Our philosophy on winemaking is straightforward and simple. People have been making and drinking wine since the Neolithic period (8500-4000 B.C.), that’s a pretty good stretch of time! During that time, basic winemaking hasn’t really changed that much.
In our opinion, it is a simple process, based on knowledge of your specific location. You must know your vineyard. Eric is adamant that this is where great wines begin. You must understand your soils and how each varietal interacts with it to express its true character. Lastly, farm sustainably and try your best not to get in the way and screw it up!
